CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS
The products available for purchase on our web site are downloadable, functional, and try-before-you-buy. We provide 14-day free trial periods to let you fully evaluate our products before purchasing the subscriptions. Moreover, your purchase of our plugins and app subscriptions are backed by our 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly issue a full refund.
All of our plugins and app is functional during the trial period.
- If you registered for a trial use of the plugin or app ("Trial Period"), you must decide to purchase the Subscription within the Trial Period in order to use the plugin or app continually.
- If you do not purchase the subscription by the end of the Trial Period, the app will no longer be available to you. To be very clear, if you decide not to purchase the Subscription, after using the app during the trial period, you will not be able to access or retrieve any of the data you added/created during the trial period.
- If you purchase the app subscription then at the end of the month, the subscription will renew automatically until explicitly a cancellation request raised by you. If you wish to cancel your subscription, simply raise a request with our support team (firstname.lastname@example.org) with the order details at least seven (7) business days prior to the next renewal date to allow for adequate processing time. Please include your order number and tell us why you are requesting a refund. We take customer feedback very seriously and use it to constantly improve our products and quality of service.
- Please note that all our app and plugins are designed to be used for the default nopCommerce installations. We provide free support to integrate the plugin for such platforms. However, if you have done customizations on your nopCommerce stores, the chances are that the plugins or the platform itself may need adjustments. In such cases, please contact our support team, and we will help you customize the plugins as per your need. Additional standard charges are applicable in such cases. The customer may also need to provide us limited access of the admin for certain period of time. We will help them in providing this access to us.
Acceptable Grounds for Issuing a Refund
You are eligible for a refund:-
- In rare instances and only within thirty (30) business days of purchase, if due to technical difficulties or platform incompatibilities the plugin will not function, we may, at our discretion, issue a refund. In such instances, we require that you provide enough information for us to positively identify your purchase transaction (e.g., order number, your company name, date of transaction, order ID, number of licenses purchased, etc.). If we are able to positively identify your order, and if your request is made within 30 days of purchase, we may process the refund. Seurata is not responsible for lost, delayed, or misdirected mail or email, delays for downloading, or other communication system delays.
- The product you subscribed to is discontinued within fourteen (14) business days of the date of your subscription, no matter if you have downloaded the plugin or asked for support.
- Stolen credit card, PayPal account or other form of payment or financial instrument used to pay for the subscription. In this case we kindly request that you ask for a refund instead of filing a chargeback request with PayPal or your bank.
Termination Without Refund
Refunds are processed by the same payment processor you used to subscribe. Refunds are issued up to seven (7) business days after they are requested. The actual date of receiving the refund depends on the payment processor and the method of payment. Usually refunds via PayPal are credited within a few hours and refunds through a credit card company may take up to two months. This period of time is outside our control.

It is your responsibility to familiarize yourself with this refund policy. By placing an order for any of our products, you indicate that you have read this refund policy and that you agree with and fully accept the terms of this refund policy.
If you do not agree with or fully accept the terms of this refund policy, we ask that you do not place an order with us.
