Seurata Online Private Limited (“Seurata”, “Seuratapps”, “we”, “our”, “us”) is committed to safeguarding your privacy while providing a personalized and valuable service.

The Privacy Policy describes the broadest potential use of your personal information throughout our Platform that is consistent with the terms of this policy. However, we may make far less use of your personal information. Unless we link to a different policy or mention otherwise, this Privacy Policy applies when you visit or use our website, app or related product or services. By using our app or other services we offer, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy (“Privacy Policy”).

1. INFORMATION WE COLLECTED

1.1. Traffic Data Collected

1.1.1. In order to provide you the best experience, we automatically track and collect the following categories of information when you use the App:

  • IP addresses
  • Domain servers
  • Other information with respect to your device, interaction of your device with the App and applications (collectively "Traffic Data”).

1.2. Personal Information Collected

1.2.1. In order to provide the app, we may collect certain information that personally identifies you ("Personal Information”), including:

  • Contact data (such as your email address, phone number and any details of your contacts);
  • Demographic data (such as your time zone, your postal address and location details).

1.2.2. If you communicate with us by through email, messages or letter, any information provided in such communication may be collected by Seurata.

1.3. Paid Subscription

1.3.1. You will be required to purchase the subscription of the App in order to continue its use. We engage a third party service provider to collect and process your credit card information for the payment. We DO NOT store any of your credit card or bank account details. Your credit card settlements will be handled by the appropriate third party payment agencies.

1.3.2. Our App may transmit your Personal Information to our internal servers. This Personal Information is immediately deleted once you delete the App, except to the extent it is necessary to store the same under applicable laws. Further, we have implemented commercially reasonable physical, managerial, operational and technical security measures to protect the loss, misuse and alteration and to preserve the security of the Personal Information in our care. Finally, this information is used strictly in line with our business purposes and to provide you with useful features like store analytics, tracking etc.

2. USE OF YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION

2.1. Seurata collects and uses your personal information to operate and improve its apps, plugins and offerings. Your personal data is collected for one or more of the following purposes :

  • To build up marketing profiles;
  • To perform customer management operations,
  • To aid strategic development, data collection and business analytics;
  • To manage our relationship with advertisers and partners;
  • To audit usage of the App; and
  • To enhance user experience in relation to the App (“collectively, “Permitted Use”).
  • To send occasional promotional information from Seurata. You can unsubscribe at any time to these offers by clicking on the link provided at the bottom of the email sent to you
  • comply with our legal and regulatory obligations

2.2. We may also use your personal information to communicate with you regarding certain mandatory service communications such as welcome letters, billing reminders, information on technical service issues, and security announcements. Personal information collected on our site may be stored and processed in our office in India or any other country in which Seurata or its affiliates, subsidiaries or service providers maintain facilities.

2.3. However, please note that we do not disclose your Personal Information to any third parties other than to Seurata' affiliates or other trusted business or persons, based on strict adherence and in compliance with our Privacy Policy and any other appropriate confidentiality and security measures.

3. SHARING OF YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION

3.1. Except as otherwise provided in this Privacy Policy, we will keep your Personal Information private and will not share it with third parties, unless we believe in good faith that disclosure of your Personal Information or any other information we collect about you is necessary for permitted use or to:

  • Comply with a court order or other legal process;
  • Protect the rights, property or safety of Seurata or another party;
  • Enforce the Agreement, including Terms; or
  • Respond to claims that any posting or other content violates the rights of third parties.

3.2. To provide you the best products and services, we occasionally team with business partners. When you indicate that you want to receive a product or service, or contact a person or organization, we share the data needed for you to receive what you have indicated. Occasionally, we hire consultants that may need access to our member database to perform their services for us. These business partners may or may not be outside of the European Union. However, we take great care to require that these business partners agree by contract not to use any member information that they may receive access to.

4. COOKIES

Our site uses a technology called "cookies," small files stored by your browser to help keep track of the user profile. We use temporary cookies to remember your personal profile for your convenience, to deliver content specific to your needs and interests, and to ensure you don't see the same ad repeatedly. We also use cookies to track user trends and improve areas of our site or app that our users find valuable. When you sign in to a site using your credentials, we store your unique ID number, and the time you signed in, in an encrypted cookie on your hard disk. This cookie allows you to move from page to page at the site without having to sign in again on each page. When you sign out, these cookies are deleted from your computer. We also use cookies to improve the sign in experience. For example, your e-mail address may be stored in a cookie that will remain on your computer after you sign out. In turn, you can delete the " cookies" for which you need to refer to the user's guide for your browser. 

5. ADS

5.1. We may use third-party advertising companies to serve ads when you visit our site or app. Such companies may use information (that does not include your name, email, postal address, or telephone number) about your visits to this and other websites in order to provide advertisements about goods and services of interest to you.

6. EMAIL SERVICES 

6.1. We at Seurata has a strict Anti-Spam Policy. We will not sell, lease or rent its e-mail subscriber lists to third parties. If you take advantage of any email features on our sites, you and/or the person you email to may receive email updates as described in the service. Please note that all emails contain the link to help you opt-out of receiving communications from us and our partners.

7. THIRD PARTY SERVICE PROVIDERS

7.1. Some of the services available are provided by third party service providers who have their own privacy policies that may be different from ours. You should review the privacy policy of third parties before providing your personal information to them.

8. OUTSIDE LINKS

8.1. While on the Seurata app or website, you may be led to other websites. Be aware that other sites may collect data and personal information and operate as per their own privacy practices. Please remember that, once outside of our family of sites, any information you submit is outside of our control.

9. POLICIES FOR RENEWING OR CANCELLATION OF YOUR SUBSCRIPTION

9.1. If you registered for a trial use of the App ("Trial Period"), you must decide to purchase the Subscription within the Trial Period in order to use the App continually.

9.2. If you do not purchase the subscription by the end of the Trial Period, the App will no longer be available to you. To be very clear, if you decide not to purchase the Subscription, after using the App during the Trial Period, you will not be able to access or retrieve any of the data you added/created during the Trial Period.

9.3. If you purchase the app subscription then at the end of the month, the subscription will renew automatically until explicitly canceled by you. The cancellation must be issued via our support addresses (contact@seurata.com). Any cancellation issued via the support addresses interface must be done seven (7) days prior to the end of the contract term to allow for adequate processing time.

10. YOUR SECURITY

10.1. The security of your Personal Information is important to us. We follow generally accepted industry standards to protect the Personal Information submitted to us, both during transmission and once we receive it.First, we store no financial information or similar sensitive information on our site or app. The personal data we do store on our system is protected by firewall and password. Our network firewall is a combination of hardware and software designed to keep unauthorised users from accessing our network. When we transmit highly confidential information (such as a credit card number) over the Internet, we protect it through the use of encryption, such as the Secure Socket Layer (SSL) protocol. The password you select, along with your unique email address, prevents others from accessing your information. We suggest that you do not disclose your password to anyone. Also, if you are sharing a computer with anyone you should always log out before leaving a site or service to protect access to your information from subsequent users.

10.2. Although we make best possible efforts to store Personal Information in a secure operating environment that is not open to the public, you should understand that there is no such thing as complete security, and we do not guarantee that there will be no unintended disclosures of your Personal Information. If we become aware that your Personal Information has been disclosed in a manner not in accordance with this Privacy Policy, we will use reasonable efforts to notify you of the nature and extent of such disclosure (to the extent We know that information) as soon as reasonably possible and as permitted by law.

11. CHOICE/OPT-OUT

11.1. Seurata provides you the opportunity to opt out of receiving communications from us as well as our partners. To remove your personal information, users can send a request via the "Comments" feature and by typing "unsubscribe" in the "Additional Comments" section, or unsubscribe via the ‘Opt-Out’ link that is included at the bottom of every seurata.com email you receive.

12. CORRECT OR UPDATE YOUR INFORMATION

12.1. If desired, you may access your personal information by contacting us on the coordinates given below. You can update or change your personal information for a particular tool by going to "Your Account" section of the site and following instructions to update your information or you can contact us for the same.

13. DURATION OF RETAINING YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION

13.1. We will retain your information for as long as is necessary to provide you with the services that you have requested from us or for as long as the law permits otherwise or unless you have told us you want us to delete the information earlier. In case you wish to delete your information from our database or deactivate your user account, you contact us on support@seurata.com. However, we may continue to store archived copies of your personal information for legitimate business purposes and to comply with the law.

13.2. We also collect personal information when you contact us, send us feedback, post material to our website or on our social media accounts. Such information is also stored for a minimum of 6 months from the date of posting.

13.3. Please note that we never record or store your credit card information. We simply pass them on to trusted third-party payment processors for further processing of your orders.

14.2.1. We will occasionally update this privacy statement to reflect changes in our services and customer feedback. When we post changes to this Statement, we will revise the “last updated” date of this statement. If there are material changes to this statement or in how Seurata will use your personal information, we will notify you either by prominently posting a notice of such changes prior to implementing the change or by directly sending you a notification. We encourage you to periodically review this statement to be informed of how we are protecting your information.

14.2.2. privacy policy does not extend to any information that is inherent in the operation of the Internet, and therefore beyond the control of Seurata, and is not to be applied in any manner contrary to applicable law or governmental regulation. We reserve the right at our discretion to make changes to this policy at any time.

15. RESTRICTION OF LIABILITY

15.1 Seurata makes no claims, promises or guarantees about the accuracy, completeness, or adequacy of the contents available through the App and expressly disclaims liability for errors and omissions in the contents available through the App.

15.2. No warranty of any kind, implied, expressed or statutory, including but not limited to the warranties of non-infringement of third party rights, title, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and freedom from computer virus, is given with respect to the contents available through the App or its links to other internet resources as may be available to you through the App.

15.3. Reference in the App to any specific commercial products, processes, or services, or the use of any trade, firm or corporation name is for the information and convenience of the public, and does not constitute endorsement, recommendation, or favoring by Seurata.
